Thingworx trial server error

I am trying to launch my Thingworx trial edition developer server. When I click on the launch button I keep getting an error message of this site cant be reached. It seems to be an account issue as other account can be logged on and launched on the same computer. Anything I can do to fix this?

I have this problem too on trial virtual server. If i try with Explorer tells me to activate ssl protocols but are already activated.

Chrome tells me to deactivate proxy but it is already deactivated.

Hi, both of you.

Can you give me the URLs for your servers and I will put in a request for them to be restarted. That often clears up these sorts of connection issues.
