I'm using the Jasper Control Center extension to monitor the SIM-related services and managing Usage data.
After Importing and properly Configuring the Extension(as given in the Extension User Guide),i am unable to connect to my Jasper Wireless Host and getting the following error on running the getSims Service(from JasperControllerTemplate) :
Unexpected Error while sending request: Connect to telstra.jasperwireless.com:443 [telstra.jasperwireless.com/204.16.69.54] failed: Connection timed out: connect
Please reply with the possible causes and the appropriate solution as early as possible.
