Upgrading to ThingWorx 8.4 v

Hi,

I am currently using ThingWorx v8.2 with Postgres 9.4v and I wanted to upgrade to 8.4. Can I use the same postgres 9.4v and follow the steps I did for 8.2?

Please provide some document for upgrading to 8.4 if any available.
