User extensions - give different extensions to users

Hello, is it possible share users into two 'groups' with different extensions?

Because I only know the Thing shape UserExtensions to add extensions to users. But is it possible to have different thing shape for different users?

Currently there is only one thingshape responsible for the user extensions, therefore it cannot be separated into groups.
