Where is Protocol Adapter Toolkit (PAT) in Thingworx 8.4

Hi,

I'm checking the guide https://community.ptc.com/t5/IoT-Tech-Tips/Protocol-Adapter-Toolkit-MQTT-Sample-Project-hands-on-1-1-x/m-p/534701 for Protocol Adapter Toolkit (PAT) .  

But I couldn't find it in the product market. ( picture is attached ) .

Please go to Thingworx connection server. I am also trying this, but I can't import extension to Thingworx, don't know why.
