HI iam new to thingworx, iam in learning stage 

I need help to create user input form mashup to read and write to postgresql database

I have setup postgresql database and connection and tested it is working fine, then i have created user form mashup which is attached here for reference

my requirement is once user fill all text box and click on submit button entered data should add to database by next to next row for each submit button

and by clicking on view previous data/view next data button, data should need to read from database and display in test box.

Please support me in provided instruction to perform for above requirement, Also if you have similar user form data mashup example , please share it here. user input form

Hi,

You need to create a service SQL type that is executed every time you click on button.

PS. I cannot see any attached image to see what data are you entering.
