Hi Jarmo, could you please elaborate more on the issue? Would be helpful to know what entities you are importing and what sort of error are they throwing during the import process. Is this a local installation of ThingWorx?
If there is dependencies between any of the entities and you have not given tag to it then there is chance of failed to import error while importing entities.
