Greetings,

Has anyone ever successfully used navigate's reusable components ?

I know there are in beta, and not a lot of documentations is avaible. I tried to use the identity widget, but so far, it's an epic fail 🙂

Thank !

While I have never tried to use the new reusable components in Navigate, I found an extensive section about their configuration in the Customizing ThingWorx Navigate (8.5) Guide at https://www.ptc.com/support/-/media/958E561B12A943E08F3B61E75696A85C.pdf?sc_lang=en , beginning on page 24. It looks like some, if not all, of this information is also in the Navigate Help Center at http://support.ptc.com/help/navigate/r8.5/en/#page/ThingWorx_Navigate%2FReusable_Components_Overview.html%23 .

Thank you,

Well I've seen these docs, my big issue is to find what needs to be done in the Things/services to feed the components...

Not so much time to dig deeper, maybe I'll wait for navigate 8.6 🙂

R&D has informed me we are planning to provide more comprehensive documentation in the Navigate 9.0 release (the next release; what you assumed would be Navigate 8.6).
