Cannot log in to the chalk app but I can on the website

Hi 

 

Currently I am trying to setup our users for the chalk program.  I have created 2 users and passwords and can log into my profiles on line, but I cannot log in with the chalk app.

 

Please help

Can you share a screenshot of the error you are receiving in the Chalk app?
