Dear Support,
My co-worker and I cannot start a new session or connect to an existing session in the Web Browser App.
It only shows the loading icon, but nothing happens.
Could you please help me with this problem?
Best wishes,
Alex
Hi Alex,
Could you please provide browser details like name and version? Chalk for Desktop is supported on Google Chrome and Microsoft Edge based on chromium (Beta). If you are using a supported browser and still have issues joining or starting a session, please share the console logs from the browser (Right-click on the browser -> Inspect -> click Console tab). Also, could you please confirm if you have host privileges to start a session?
Hi ytella,
There is a error notice in the console Logs, I think our Kaspersky antivirus is blocking the connection:
