Hello,
A client recently downloaded a Chalk trial and is testing the software with a Realwear headset and mobile. They are running into recurring 'reconnecting' error messages when they attempt to connect to the Realwear or mobile from their laptop - however, the software functions perfectly when sessions are initiated between mobile phone and mobile or mobile phone and Realwear.
Are there security, network, or firewall settings that would be preventing the laptop from connecting to the session properly?

Google Chrome(only 64 bit chrome version) or Microsoft Edge based on Chromium(beta) are the only supported browsers at this time for 'Chalk for Desktop'. If you are using any of these browsers and still have issues, please share the console and security logs from the browser (Login into chalk for desktop in browser-> Right click on the browser window -> Inspect -> console)
