Firewall Settings

When attempting to use VuForia Chalk I am able to successfully connect two IOS devices using cellular data.  When I attach both devices to our corporate network the call connects but no video or sound is available.  I have a feeling it has something to do with our firewall.  What do I need to allow in order to use chalk on the WiFi network?

We recommend allowing Audio/Video transmission via a secure UDP (SRTP) protocol, either directly to the other call participant (generally no whitelisting required), or via one of several relay servers that is chosen based on latency geography.

See https://www.twilio.com/docs/video/ip-address-whitelisting#media-servers for more information on the A/V signaling communication, media relay servers, and additional connectivity requirements.
