Authors can now create approval workflows to route procedures to managers and administrators for approval. Once all required approvals are obtained, the procedure is automatically published and available for viewing.
Approval workflows also help preserve records of approvals for future reference and audits.
To initiate an approval workflow, you first need to assign approvers to your procedure. You can assign approvers from the DETAILS tab of a procedure.
Once approvers are assigned, the approval workflow can be started from the PUBLISH tab.
You'll also notice a new Tasks Tab within Vuforia Editor. This tab allows you to see all open approval requests that require your attention as well as any approval workflows that you've created.
