With the Vuforia Expert Capture and Instruct 2.13.0 update, managers and administrators will now manage published procedures through the Distribution Center, which will replace the Published Procedures page. The Distribution Center also allows administrators and managers to create Distributions Lists. Published procedures can then be associated to these lists which will allow managers to set permissions on multiple procedures with a single action. The Distribution Center can be accessed from the PUBLISH tab of a published procedure or directly via https://go.studio.vuforia.com/distribution
Users that access the Distribution Center directly from the PUBLISH tab will be taken to the Manage Viewers tab for that procedure.
The Distribution Center allows you to manage organization distribution lists and published procedures.
From the distribution center, you can:
- Create distribution lists
- Assign users as managers to distribution lists
- Give viewers access to published procedures (individually or in bulk)
- Assign published procedures to distribution lists (individually or in bulk)
- Assign viewers to distribution lists (individually or in bulk)
