We are concerned that customers who have purchased Vuforia Expert Capture through our company may request us to create an incident report. Would it be possible for you to disclose the cause of the incident, the recovery actions your company has taken, and any preventive measures planned to avoid recurrence?
Additionally, this is just a hypothesis, but is there any connection between the recent VEC service outage and the AWS eu-north-1 failure that occurred on February 13?
