Problems: Configure Log In - ThingWorx Studio

Hello everybody,

i can not Login in the Portal log in to configure my Thingworx Studio.

When i try to log in --> Portal Log in (Chrome Browser - localhost:3000), i get everytime an error.

Error Log:

Can everybody help me, why i got this error? l

Should i maybe wait for an further emai from ThingWorx? Cause i did not receive a link for my Experience Serive Server as well.

Hi Kevin,

Auto-configure will provide you with your Experience Service URL. Check out this article for connection issues: ThingWorx Studio Failed Connections​

If possible, try using the auto-configure from your home network.
