What do you get when you do a "echo %HOMEPATH%" in the command-prompt? You can also try executing "SET" (in cmd mode) that returns all the existing environment variables and search for variables "USERPROFILE" and "HOMEPATH". Usually, Studio will automatically look for these two locations to create/store project files.
