Ideas in the Creo section - Time stamp

When looking at the page that shows questions and ideas:

The Creo Ideas is dated (when logged in) as 10-18-2017, 09:39 AM. When I check "Hot Ideas", "Top Ideas", & "New Ideas", none of them had the same date code. So where is the Creo Idea that triggers the 10-18-2017, 09:39 AM time stamp. Inquiring minds want to know.  🙂

Never mind, I clicked on the time stamp and it brought me to:

But using the other three catagories, I couldn't find it.
