Can Groups Created at Product Level be Selected as a Participant in Policy Administration?

When I search for the name of the group when specifying the participant within "Policy Administration", I am unable to find it. However, when I create the group at Organization level, I can find the group when searching for the group in "Policy Administration" from within the product context that sits below the organization context the group was created at.

How are you creating groups at the Product level? The Teams page has roles which behind the scenes map to groups internally but there is no Participants Administrator at the Product level.  You cannot create pure groups at the Product level like you do at the Org level. Did you bulk load these in?

Hi. It seems you're right. I Think I must've confused myself somehow! I think the issue was that I was trying to apply a group from a different organization to a policy. Perhaps that was why I couldn't find the group when trying to assign it to the "Participant" field of the policy.

Thanks for pointing this out to me.
