I had few variables, which were set to visible on an activity, and not visible on the other one. That caused a null value, which in-turn wiped out the entire 'body' of the html/email.

      It seams that email is checked by some software and adds the bottom description ... "The information transmitied by".... 

      I would say that the sw riped out the body for security reason. 

       

      If Iam right you need  to contact your IT to solve the issue.

      what @HelesicPetr says makes totally sense,if you want to inevtigate from the windchill side anyway

      you may enable below logger to TRACE,steps in attached video 

      wt.mail.EMailMessage

       you should then then see the body sent by windchill in the logs :

      It is not happening for all emails. Some emails are working fine, some don't.
