On Windchill 10.2 I have a large number of promotion requests across our business all within varying product folders, is there a way to run a report or search which can show all promotion requests and which part of the work flow they are in?
Our set up is such that we send a file for approval which then has two approvers after approver A has approved it moves on to approver B, I would like to be able to monitor where the approval is in its life cycle across all of the products we have at the ssame time to get an overview of the business as a whole and monitor how approvals are progressing.
Does anyone know know how to do this or set up a search that would enable this?
