Update a form variable when clicking on Next in New Change Notice wizard

Hello,

 

I have a requirement where I need to update a form variable with the value which the user has selected in the Design Attribute page. This needs to happen as soon as the user clicks on Next button in the page and moves onto Define Implementation Plan page.

 

Please provide your inputs on how it can be done.
