Search for any running process instances from Site or Org>Utilities>Workflow Process Administration

yadavankur, thank you very much, there was one unfinished process, after clicking on the "Terminate selected processes" button it was possible to delete the last iteration.
It turns out that the active process does not copy the template, but refers to it, so it is impossible to delete the last iteration?

The reason you can’t delete the latest integration of a workflow template is because the template has been used to create a new process.
The new process references the template which prevents the template from being.
