Why my changes don´t appear as Modifications uploaded in Windchill?

Hello, my problem is when I do a change in a model part or assembly these don´t appear as modification upload, the massage says "Could not be saved to the workspace"

Helpful hints: There is more information in the message area that would be useful to have.  It may state why the file couldn't be saved to the workspace.  Or go to the event manager for the task to look for possible issues.

I'm just guessing, but it may be same name, failed model or family table issue.
