email text for promotion request

When a promotion request is submitted by a user, it sends the following message to a group of approvers. What I would like to do is add some text to the top and bottom of the sent message, stating that the email is UNCLASSIFIED.

You have been assigned a Approve Promotion Request .

Instructions:	You have been selected as an approver for this promotion request. <PBO to be approved> 1. Review the object displayed. 2. Review the promotion request. 3. Enter comments in the Comments text field below. 4. Click Approve, Reject or Rework. 5. Click Complete Task to advance the promotion request.

Generally you can modify all workflow notifications

the files are located in  <WT_HOME>\codebase\templates\workNotification

there are HTML files with specific languages.

here is help description Workflow Email Notifications

You can modify that page and you can add any additional text to the message.

Also you can format the page for better looking

General.html files are used for assigned task messages
