Is it possible to retrieve groups and roles of a deleted user?

is the user deleted from windchill only or windchill and LDAP
The user is deleted from LDAP.

Yes its possible. The user account should still be listed in the WTUser table with a deleted indicator. From there you can join to any groups that its still part of to do clean up. Note that roles on Context teams are groups internally.
