 We want to send mail to particular member from team after releasing the Promotion request .How we can achieve If we set notification robot then it will send to all user we want only selected users.

All you would need to do is add the users to a group and the group to the approval email recipients, as per the image

If you open the workflow their should be a notification box just before the end, if you edit that and add the people or group will work. If unsure please post an image of your workflow layout.
