My colleague created a very nice custom JSP report for ACL which he already posted.

This reports ACL in the format required to load, which is something entirely different to the result you get using a .qml report.

1. Windchill was installed on a VM.
2. Created a container using each OOTB template.
3. Installed the JSP ACL report.
4. Pull the report into Excel using a web query.
5. Create pivot tables from the report.

The version posted is static data however, but that's how it came to be.
