10.2 Promotion Question

I'm testing out 10.2 and I've run into an issue.

When promoting in 9.1 there was a collect Objects step, where you could select Configuration, Add Dependency, Required.

Used this all the time, Promote the drawing and add Required to get the assy and parts.


In 10.2 there is not Collect Objects step, and I'm not finding any place to select the required objects.

Stumped! ?????????????

Never mind, after poking around I finally found it.
Not obvious. I liked the previous process better.

I actually like the new process better when you get the promotion
request preferences set. You need to check out the following preferences:

* Promotion Process
o Collecter
+ Many prefs to set under here based on how you are doing these
o Default for the Apply Default Collection Checkbox for Promotion
Requests
+ We have this set to yes

Once you get your prefs set then the promotion request becomes much more
streamlined.
