Assembly export from Windchill 12.0 to local drive

I am planning to export an complete assembly from windchill to my local Drive. During export of the assembly there are few missing part files. Need help on it.

In Windchill we have multiple Products created .
Each Product is associated with Assemblies which contain NX part files.
I am trying to export a Product containing .prt files to my local drive , However I was able to export the assembly to the local drive.
Whereas , when tried to load the same assembly to Native NX application , it throws an error message : Multiple Part files are missing and import of the assembly is incomplete .

Do you use export from workspace? 

if so, you should use add to workspace with basic collator and with all dependencies. 

Then try to export and open in NX

Yes, I tried the same approach.
While selecting all the dependent files , Windchill crashes and doesn't respond for long time.

I would be glad to have a live session and discuss more in detail.

Just so you know, this is the Community site, where PTC users help each other with questions. This isn't direct support from PTC.

Regarding your issue, have you checked that you have access to the parts? If the parts are stored in different Products, you may not have access to all of them. This would cause the issue you're seeing. You can check by searching for one of the missing part numbers in Windchill, and see if it returns results. If you don't have the proper access, it would be something your company's Windchill administrator should be able to help with.

Yes , I see the parts are not of the same Product , few are from different. As suggested by you I searched for the Parts and was able to place them in the workspace . Thank you for letting me know.
