I'm looking for some help on some old products. We are still using
Windchill 6.2.6 with RetrievalWare 6.7. Our index file has recently been
corrupted and we need to re-index our environment. Our index rules are
set up to index on WTObject. When we run the "Create list of objects to
index" option in the BulkIndexTool we are only getting a very small subset
of the objects to index (850 when there should be thousands). Through
interrogation of the sql that's being used to generate the list and
looking at the BulkIndexListEntry table we find that it is only returning
the first and last entries in the very large sql that's generated, in this
case managed baselines and report templates. I realize this is some old
stuff but does anybody recall having this problem and/or remember what the
solution was? Any help is much appreciated.
