CAD Structure comparision

I am wondering if there is a way to compare CAD structure similar to BOM
structure. We don't use only EPMDocuments, but not WTParts.
If there is no OOTB, I am wondering if anyone tweaked existed BOM
comparison reports to accomodate EPMDocuments.
We are using Windchill 10.1.
