Cache performing inefficiently messages
Since going to Windchill 10.1 (M040), we get daily emails with the subject "Cache performing inefficiently" - one per cache. All say that the cache may be oversized - because entries are not being worked out.
Tech support advised how to disable these. Doesn't seem to work.

We had those for awhile too. The tech support information eventually led to a fix.
Try a search for CS43328. That's what eventually lead to our fix. If I recall correctly, I used Method 1.

Thanks for pointing out the article. I would not advise Method 1 until we
know what cache sizes are monitored. I would adjust your cache size if
relevant. ScreenDefinitionCache - some kind of cache related to new 10.1
UI. M010 MOR Help center is speechless, as is PTC.com on a search for what
"it" is. I know we are looking for anything we can consider for performance
tuning on my test environments.
PTC? Your turn to roll dice, or is tech support better route at this
point?
Cheers.
