I'm on 11.1 m020. I am trying to set up a change notice to show some users. Originally the change notice and change activity were not instaniable. I turned these on. Now I can create a Notice and a Task, add Affected Objects to the task, but it will not allow for adding Resulting Objects. Anyone ever run into this?

Brian,
Can you add Affected Objects?
In type manager check if Change Record is instaniable.
My guess is if you had to turn instaniable on for CN and CA you might have to do the same for Change Record.
