I've been trying to setup the Change workflows so that the Change Notice Task assignee and reviewer would receive an email notification - and only them instead of everyone in the same context team role - once the Audit Change Notice is completed, but apparently it's not enough just to add the "Assignee" role in the Change Notice Workflow step "Change Notice Complete Notification". Is it even possible as Change Activity Workflow is a separate one?
We have slightly modified workflows and Teams and maybe the answer lies there, but I'm not too familiar with these yet. However, adding the role Assignee to relevant change Teams didn't help.
We're on 10.2.
Any ideas appreciated.
