Compiling custom ResourceBundles issue

Hi,
When I am running the following command to compile custom resource
bundles, I am getting the error shown below.
* ant -debug -f /opt/ptc/windchill91/Windchill/bin/tools.xml bundle_custom*

I am wondering if anyone ran into this issue and any information to
debug this issue will be helpful.
