Copy parts with quantity attributes

All,

My aim is to get an part assembly similar to an other one.
I would like to know the way to copy part+quantity+line number from an assy to an other.
If I make a simple copy+paste, it takes all the parts but not in the same order, all the quantity to "1" and if some parts are in double (witch is needed), it just ignore it.

Save as option is not possible because the part I wand to include the list is already existing.

Making this by hand one by one is not an option.

Could you please help me find the action to be able to make this?
