i do an alternative way to fix this issue. But i'm just wondering why this happens frequently to the users. I restart the system clear the Creo cache and it works. I've not seen this issue before, i'm trying to find the root cause of this issue.

Which version of Creo? Make sure you have the browser type in the config.pro set to chromium

we are using Creo 4.0 M150 and the browser is set to Chromium.

Creo 4 is not supported on Windchill 12!
