Customer Support Bulletin, Reducing content download times in linked Pro/ENGINEER sessions

Can anyone comment on this bulletin and how relevant it is (or isn't) to Pro/INTRALINK 3.4 M062 and WF4 installations?

This is an Internet Explorer registry modification. Pro/INTRALINK 3.X of course doesn't use IE (or a browser for that matter). The ProI Client is a separate process all by itself.

I was more referring to the various config.pro options mentioned in the linked TPI's. Could any of these be beneficial in the aforementioned implementation at all?

The two TPI's referenced at the link you sent specifically reference to
how Pro/E interacts with Windchill. They don't seem to be talking about
INTRALINK 3.4 at all. If Pro/E isn't configured to work with a
Windchill implementation, then I would expect the Config.Pro options
would be irrelevant.
