Deleting PDMLink Library (empty)

Does anyone know how to delete/remove an empty library in PDMLink 9.1?

as far as I've been told it's possible.

It seems incredible but...

May be in Windchill 10 or by code. Have you contacter PTC support ?

I have always been told by PTC this is not possible... if it is possible.. that would be great.
