Hello,

I read in the slides that Boston scientific developed a custom form :

"Inputs and elements from IPC 1752

Including key medical device regulations / standards

Combining Full Material Disclosure along with Yes/No Declarations

Also similar to legacy request form used for past 6 years at BSC"

Does this mean that WPA had to be customized to parse this form ?  currently we use IPC 1752 , and I'm wondering what does it takes to add more info into the IPC form.

(sorry if this is an obvious question but I'm new to WPA).
