Hi Guys,

after Windchill 9.1 stopped working and restarted, I am having this error message in the "header" part (where contains menu and submenu). This problems occurs to all user (I think it may be in the server cache side).

Does anyone have any ideas?

thanks in advance.

This could have something to do with the Active directory. Check this case:

If you haven't changed any user DN's or JNDI adapter configuration lately, then I'd be suprised if there is acutally a duplicate record. Though, it would be a good idea to run the SQL query from the article Björn posted just to be sure. If that query doesn't show a duplicate, then it may be a cache issue like you mentioned. In that case, try clearing the caches mentioned in steps 3 and 4 of that article.

Hi Guys, just to give a follow up, the document below was corrected, I still needed to get the specific delete sql from PTC support.
