Logged in as Administrator, go to "Site" and then to "Reports". Tried to modify a report, basically wanted to change the location to another folder. For example: change from Site to Default.

Note: Before the above error we can generate reports, however, once we get the error we no longer can access reporting. Also to note, the error seems to only occur for the Administrator. Orgadmin users do not get this error.
