Export all data into 1 excel sheet

Hello,

I have thousands of Windchill parts saved in multiple folders in Windchill. In these folders I am able to see

columns with weight, thickness, material and other information about these parts.

I would like to know if there is an easy way to export every single part of all folders and subfolders into 1 excel sheet, with the same columns as I get in the folders.

You should use a report to extract all metadata.

In it there are lots of report ready to use for your convenience.

If you can get a view that spans all folders, then yes, but I don't think that is possible.

Your best option is to export the information per folder into excel sheets, then cut and paste the rows into a single master spreadsheet. I do the something like this with my family table data.
