Exporting Workflow - Application Data is Null ?

I am running into the following error message (see below) when attempting to export a Workflow. Others have worked fine, but this one will not work... Any ideas?

Found the answer in the Knowledge Base (should have gone there first). There was an issue with the process image (picture) so I followed the resolution in CS29354 and it solved the problem
