Exposing querybuilder report to specific users or groups
Does anyone know if it is possible to limit the exposure of a querybuilder report to a specific set of users or a group? We have some reports that we want to share with our Change Administrators through the Windchill Reports tab or through the Change Monitor tab, but it appears that once a report is exposed and ready, all users have access to it.
I think you can create a report in a specific library from the library utilities, and then limit access in the policy administrator for the report class in that library to whatever group you want.
I haven't tried it, but it should work.

Choice 1 : Expose only to Org tab, give some people Org admin and apply a profile that hides all else at Org level. choice 2: Provide them a link to the report and don't expose it in Windchill at all.
