OTB, this Group in fact does have a Deny ACL - for all actions except Read and Download.
So - if you have any sub groups that are intended to have more permissions one has to manipulate things and we have done that.
The problem does not appear to be related to permissions in any way.
One you add any user to the View and Print Group
- The group correctly lists the current members
- ALL USERS list that they are in the View and Print Group from their info page
- For any user, if you edit the user and remove the View and Print Group, the edit wizard completes but the Group remains listed

Sometimes the group is removed from that user; sometimes not.
