We're working on our migration from Pro/INTRALINK to PDMLink. I am looking to optimize the migration process. I see that the performance of the clone computer will help reduce migration times.
Working on the requirements for the Pro/I clone hardware. Want to get the fastest HP hardware available that supports Pro/I 3.4 m030 on a Windows O/S.
Since the clone is not supporting multiple users, it doesn't need to be a "server class" machine; a computer that can import the database super-fast and be able to talk with the PDMLink server during the migration process is the requirement.
Our Pro/I database is very large : > 100Gb with > 1.5Tb of content.
Do you have any hardware you can recommend?
