Floating annotations display in productview as "????"

Hello!

we use windhill pdmlink 9.1 m060, creo elements pro 5.0 m150, productview adapters 12.1 m060

we create 3d model with floating annotations in creo elements pro 5.0 m150, proe adapter create pvs file, but productview display floating annotations as ??????"

how to solve this problem?
