Sorry folks, just figured it out. Frames do exist in WC PDMLink 9.1 WorkGroup manager. Just not what I was expecting.
Frame manager in WC 9.1 is basically a column that lets you take your workspace items back to that point in time. Basicallly like Ilink 3.4 did, but you have to hit information before you can actually see what files were involved in the frame.
I had a difficult enough time getting users to understand frames in Ilink 3.4, not sure if anybody will actually use the frames in WC 9.1.
